House spring clean (walls and skirtings cleaned down mainly)

I have a 4 bedroom house, about 240sqm, it is 2 years old. I want someone to come and give the walls and skirtings all a good wash down, it hasnt had that spring clean in a while, and needs a freshen up. As well as a general clean, window sills wiped, dusted etc. I live rural north canterbury so understand there may be some travel costs involved.
