House and flat deep clean

Timeframe: last week in January from 27th on until Friday 3rd Feb. Specific day(s )to be agreed. In furnished, inhabited house House - 3 bedrooms, an office, dining area, upper and lower lounge, two bathrooms, loo, laundry with shower, freezer storage room, entry area. Flat, one bedroom, wet area - shower, loo, laundry, main area with cooking, bed and relaxing. The house needs shelves, skirtings, light fixtures, pictures, ornaments cleaning. Floors mopped/vacuum. Most time consuming would be the kitchen in the main house. Quite a lot of glass containers on open shelves. Not a fashionable modern house. Worn appearance and carpets mostly 20 years old. Two senior householders who cannot reach upwards. Preparing for overseas family visitors. The flat is more modern. Thorough clean through including skirtings and entrances and window sills. Wet area mopped and cleaned.
