Domestic cleaning 2

We are building a new house in the Lakes completed about February. It will be 4 Bed, 2 lounges, 2.5 Bath. We want a local lady ( or company) to provide cleaning services and so keep it new and pristine looking. We are installing a central Vac system that will be used, and all shower glass and outside balustrades are to be treated by diamond fusion before occupation. Easy cleaning thereafter Cleaning will be all the normal things one does in a residence, and having had service previously would expect that two to three hours would suffice for one efficient and experienced lady.
