Professional house clean, vacating property

Full professional clean required on 18th January. Owners vacating property so will be empty. 3 bed house and 2 living areas single story. Cork floors, and carpets in bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. No window clean needed. Also small sleepout and possibly workshop which needs industrial vacuum depending on cost. Clean inside kitchen cupboards etc needed. Job must be done on 18th, we need reliable cleaners with own cleaning gear. Thanks, Andrew
