Cleaner needed for busy AirBnb accommodation in Okere Falls , Lake Rotoiti. Must be honest, reliable, thorough. Constancy is what we provide our guests along with a very high standard of cleanliness which is what we are known for. Duties include - cleaning an ensuite, clearing and making up a queen size bed and cleaning the living space and kitchenette. Cleaning a toilet, vaccuming,dusting, polishing glass and crome in the ensuite, mopping, dishes, cleaning a bbq, blowing the path of leaves and debris. Cleaning windows if required, Clearing the laundry and rubbish from the cabin. The cabin is approx 30 square metres in total space and we know the clean can be accomplished in 2hours occasionally 2 1/2 hours if needed. The cleaner needs to work quickly with all cleaning equipment supplied on site, we ask that the cleaner is of reasonable fitness to carry laundry, rubbish and recycling from the cabin up a zigzag path and placed in bins at the top of the property for the owners to remove. Walking the path from top to bottom is less than 3-4minutes, but is steepish. The laundry is placed inside the main house which is at the top of the path. The clean resembles that of a motel set up - making sure the turn around is ready for the next inbound guests. The only bed, and couch is staged for guests with euro pillows, throws and cushions that are of a high standard and the cleaner will follow a set up plan of where items are placed. The cleaner will need to be available to do mid week cleans along with some weekend cleans. Check outs are 11 am so the cleaner will need to be available to clean from 11am on a giving check out day. Our Check in times are 3pm so all cleans will need to be done by 3 pm on any given check-in day. Weekend check outs are generally Sundays at 11 am. There is flexibility depending on when the next guests will be due to check in, this will get communicated to the cleaner regularly. The cleaner is also required to communicate how the cabin was left so the owners can provide a review for outbound guests. We are prepared to pay our cleaner $30 per hour. References required - we also require the cleaner to provide invoices for the cleans.
