Chimney sweep

this is a two storey house, with two extensions on the flu and a angle on the inside.it has an (H) on the vey top with grills (to keep the birds out). I have been told its to high and had one sweep turn up and not want to do it. I understand that it may require a cherry picker to do this job. we have a local company that may be able to help with this unless someone has one that they use?
