House spring clean

We have a four bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, 2 living areas and a rumpus room. I'm looking for a general spring clean. I would like things done like cleaning those hard to reach places, wiping down walls and doors, cleaning door and window frames and blinds and just generally de-griming. Cleaning the windows may or may not be included.
