Kaukapakapa weekly house cleaning

I have a 1 bedroom house with 1 bathroom, kitchen, laundry and dining that I need a weekly cleaner for. Would like vacuuming, mopping, shower, toilet, basin, kitchen, laundry surfaces cleaned and tidied. Any washing hung out and folded, spot clean windows (internal) weekly and all windows cleaned and oven to be cleaned quarterly. Dusting to be done every fortnight. The area is approx 120sqm. This is just the part of the house we are currently using, we have another 3 bedrooms, dining, lounge and bathroom that will be in use soon.
