Regular general house cleaning services required on an ongoing basis Estimate 3 hours weekly on an ongoing basis. May need a bit more time for the first couple of visits to get things up to scratch. -Vacuuming of carpeted floors. Spot cleaning of stains if possible -Removal of spider webs and and other such debris where required -Mop hard floor surfaces, bathroom and toilet -Cleaning of accessible windows inside and out out when required. An initial intensive cleaning of ranch slider and window tracks will be required, ongoing cleaning of same -Sanitary clean of bathroom shower, basin, toilet, walls and surfaces -Sanitary clean of kitchen, bench tops, cupboards, walls and surfaces, refrigerator and microwave -Sweep deck and keep outside weather board walls (accessible from deck) free from spider webs etc. Occasional wash down with hose and soft brush/broom when required. -Other cleaning duties as instructed from time to time Prefer a local person to avoid traveling costs and to support local community members It is a requirement to have the same person undertake the ongoing works to establish requirements and expectations and maintain a good working relationship
