"Hi Sue. I’m sorry that I haven’t got a 5 out of 5 throughout.. To be fair I should tell all my clients that it is nearly impossible to see whether you’ve left the glass as close to perfect as possible when you are only asked to do the outsides, whilst the insides are affected by the detritus of a refurb! It’s only when you do both sides that you can see for sure you’ve got everything.
