They could've finished the job properly in garage windows and door as you had done throughout the house by cleaning the windows frames too. Especially when this was discussed with Tony in pre quote visit and that was the price quoted to do including garage doors and windows frames included.

"Hi sorry to hear this now, we have a process to handle any issues but if we aren't told after you seemed happy when we left and after checking the work while on site then we aren't given the chance to make it right. Guess there's not much we can do then, but I suggest to anyone wanting to complain they TALK to the provider first."
