Oven Clean

I have a relatively new Bosch oven, which does have the self-clean option. However, I have been advised by the installer not to use that, as the house wiring will not cope with it. It needs a good clean inside and I'm unable to reach all the places that need cleaning . I made up a spray cleaner with white vinegar, lemon juice and dishwashing soap, and used that, managing to clean the door and floor of the oven. The rest of the oven, I can't reach, and I need help please.

I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you so much! The guys turned up on time and didn't stop until the job was done. Even cleaned up afterwards. Very prompt, professional, and easy to communicate with.
