Weekly house cleaning

A intuitive common sense house cleaner (or team). 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 level house, mostly concrete and timber flooring. Cleaning bathrooms, and floors is a must, but the rest is a bit up to your judgement. There is a lot which needs doing, e.g. cobwebs, dusting, windows, cleaning cupboards inside and out, cleaning oven... And I trust you will get to it a bit at a time. While you are predominantly there to clean, there might be some tidy up involved, e.g. kids books and toys on the floor. If you are flexible rather than the tickbox type, that can judge wether a job needs a bit more attention one week and a little less the next, then you will be great for the job. If you like doing a little bit in the garden, then that's a plus (no lawn mowing). I was thinking 3 hours a week, but I am happy to consider more if it shows.
