Cleaner for 2 Properties p/week on Birkenhead Point

We have 2 properties to be cleaned weekly. 1 address to be cleaned on the weekends it is a business - clean new office space takes 2-3 hours. Other address to be cleaned during the week - a residential house takes 2-3 hrs. We are looking for a cleaner that cares about the details, will use initiative and is reliable. We will talk through the details of each job/ address with the cleaner in person.
