Chimney sweet and repair

I’m looking for a quote to have my chimney swept, as well as have the firebox gasket/rope replaced. Also have one broken brick within the firebox. Bird proofing the flue is also requested if not too difficult, as birds try to nest on the top in summer and fall through and get trapped. Our house is 2 story with a steep pitch, so I’m assuming needs harnesses etc. I’ve included a few pics to help with the quote.
