End of tenancy cleaning

End of tenancy cleaning is required for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom 2 story house. Job needs to be done on 16th Dec Monday afternoon or anytime on Tuesday. Lounge, kitchen, a small bedroom, bathroom and a small hallway is in the bottom floor. Other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Majority of the house is carpet. Kitchen, bathroom, hallway, front and garden entrance is tile. Bathroom has a sink, toilet and a tub. Stairs has to be vacuumed as well. Stuff has not been moved yet. I will post pictures as soon as they are moved by today's evening. Additionally, please let us know how much will it take to remove any garbage we might have after the move, in terms of 60L bin liners. Please don't be shy to ask any questions you have.
