End of renovation clean

We are moving into our new house on Saturday lunchtime. This has has just been painted, carpet installed and the floors have been sanded and coated. I am looking for cleaners to come in early Saturday morning (to be finished by midday). This clean will need to include a full regular clean for kitchen / bathroom / toilet etc but will also need to get rid of all the dust / building residue etc. We will need to be very careful with the newly polished timber floors. For example these can not be vacuumed or mopped. It has been recommend we use a bona dry mop. The house is 100sqm, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 toilet.
