Cracks and corners house cleaning!

Hi all! We are a flat of six people who have got slack on cleaning those little miscellaneous nitty-gritty areas around the house. We have the basic areas (vacuuming and large surfaces) under control. I'm talking dust buildup on skirting boards, joinery, smudges on doors and walls, that accumulate over the years - things like that. We would like someone to come in as a one-off* to clean these bits up. There is nothing inherently difficult about the work, it may actually seem easy (though sometimes fiddly), but I need someone that will do the job properly. - We'll start off with one room at a time then progress through the house if we are satisfied and budget allows! - Will pay $25 pp/per hour. - Happy for a team of two to work on this. - Work timing flexible, by arrangement. - There will be at least one person home while you work, so you must be okay with that. - Adequate English speaker - You must supply your own cleaning items, though most of it will probably only need a damp cloth and something basic for stubborn spots. * If both you and I are happy with the arrangement at the end of the job, we will likely contact you again in the future when it gets bad again! :p
