Cleaning of walls and ceiling 5 bedroom house

We've just bought a 5 bedroom house in Greenhithe that has tobacco staining on the walls and ceiling. Our intention is to do some renovation prior to moving in and we need a thorough clean of the walls and ceiling prior to painting. We won't need the garage cleaned, there are 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 5 bedrooms, kitchen, halls, etc. The entry has a double storey ceiling, we can organise scaffolding for this section.
