Oven clean

There are two ovens the more modern of which is by far the more greasy and dirty and also has grime encrusted ceramic elements. The older model is in a downstairs flat in which we, the owners, have been living while other family members have occupied the main house. The more modern oven (upstairs) needs a thorough clean to enable us to use it with something approaching pleasure; the older oven has had relatively little us over the past four year and will, I think, require a fairly standard clean to achieve the standard necessary for use (by tenants). Difficult to estimate time required for the total job. Would prefer an hourly rate.
