Ceiling tidy up

Our living area / stairwell / hall are need the ceilings to be cleaned and repainted (approx 65m2). We also have two holes in the ceiling which need repairing first. One is a moved light fitting in the dinning area ( approx 30mm dia) and the other a larger are from a roof leak (now fixed) in the stairwell (approx 200mm dia).
