Resetting for Abnb bookings. 5 bedroom (6 beds) 3 x bathroom house needing a reset weekly between or before Abnb guests arrive, or sometimes very seldom a same day reset. Jobs needing to be done. 6 beds need stripping and re making up ( no washing of linen/ towels required. There are 3 sets of everything in the linen cupboard I will organise the washing. 3 x bathrooms/ toilets/ showers/ tiled floors to clean Clean any Windows if necessary. Clean Kitchen and tiled floor. Vacuuming to carpeted areas in bedrooms and lounges x 2. Also to entry tiled floors plus mopping of all tiled floors. If i am away over Xmas New Year Please Water house plants x3. Hose down/ sweep outside tiles. and water outside plants. I do lots of the above when I am living in Napier ie watering, windows, outside areas, Spa maintenance etc. I also do my own linen/ ironing between bookings. Please contact me if you are interested.
