Clean property after tenants have vacated property

Dear Sir/Madam We have a property in George Street, Solway, Masterton where the tenants have just vacated and we would like a thorough clean completed on the inside of the house on Friday 8 February 2013. The house is pretty dirty. Could we please have a quote for 2 cleaners for a 4-hour period (we may extend this time depending on how the work goes on the day. The time would be extended in 1-hour lots where necessary. We would like the entire bathroom (including toilet), inside windows including window frames cleaned. We would also like the cleaners to sugar soap all internal walls and ceilings (with a mop). We are presuming that the cleaners would bring all the required equipment including sugar soap.
