One off interior house cleaner required

I need the interior of a house cleaned. It is fully furnished. The rooms that require cleaning are - two bathrooms, - kitchen, - sunroom, - lounge dining, - one bedroom - passage way - laundry area in the garage The oven also needs cleaning, but this is negotiable. There is a carpet in the passage way and bedroom, that will need vacuuming and the rest is hard floors that need to be squeegeed. plus dusting through out. I believe it will take a maximum of 4 hours. I require this to be done on Friday 1 March please.
