Tenant needs hand with cleaning house incl carpet stain removal - Manurewa

One of our tenants (single professional) who has been medically unwell, said he doesn't mind getting someone to clean his 2 bedroom cottage ceilings, walls, carpets cleaned/shampooed, including wine stain removal in Manurewa. It has been found during regular inspections that the everyday cleaning has been consistently not kept to the standards and the property manager, offered him to pass few contacts for him to get a quote or two to compare, and discuss and contract someone reasonable to get his whole house ceilings, walls, bathrooms kitchen, stove, under / back of stove and floors vinyls carpets windows doors etc cleaned . If you are keen please let us know to put the tenant in touch with you organize time for a quote. It 's a standard , single level settler type of 2 bedroom cottage. Note this is not regular cleaning assignment, may be one off , or may arrange in regular basis, every couple months or so. You need to talk to the tenant to discuss this arrangement as he contracts you to work and we only assist tenant to find someone or two to get a quote and choose someone reasonable for the work.
