Our current tenants are moving out and we need the house cleaned the morning of Sat 22 March. It is a 2 bedroom property with floor area of 100 square metres. We recently renovated so the build up of dirt/grime is 7months old. The house will need the walls wiped down, windows cleaned, a full clean of the kitchen and bathroom and care taken to remove fly dirt off the ceiling. We have carpet cleaners booked for 10am that morning (living room and 1 bedroom).

Very prompt in making contact and establishing details of job. However job was not completed to a thorough standard, Coby offered to return to complete job after concerns were raised.

"Thank you for your review Esther, i just hope for you that your new tenants, unlike the previous ones who obviously never cleaned the property, clean your house on a regular basis, to bring it back to the immaculate condition (as you stated) when you left the property in August last year.
Fyi i have been cleaning properties throughout Auckland for the last 4 year's, private or through a property manager, i can't even count complaints on the fingers of one hand.
However from now on, i know i need to look at a property first before i quote, that way i can judge the extent of the clean for myself, and price accordingly.
