Major inside house clean

Empty 3 bedroom house (approx. 90m2) that is in a very dirty state and has had a lot of mice through all cuboards etc. Wanting all cupboards, kitchen, bathroom and all floors, walls , windows etc cleaned to a healthy standard ready for sale. House is rough and will be sold needing major renovation, but just want it looking clean. Work required as soon as possible, but to be completed within the next two or three weeks at the latest please. Rodent baits have been in place for several weeks, so should now be rodent free, but there is a lot of mouse droppings throughout cupboards etc. any remaining carpets to be lifted and any carpet and rubbish can be left onsite in the carport. Estimate 20+ hours work.
