Thorough flat cleaning, before repainting

I have just purchased a 1 bed investment property in Alicetown, which needs repainting. I am looking for someone to come through and give it a thorough clean, in preparation for painting. It is currently empty and would require all walls, skirting boards and ceilings washed with sugar soap (bedroom, hallway, lounge, bathroom and kitchen). Property size is about 60m2 in total. Carpet also needs cleaning, but this may be handled separately - would look for a quote with and without this included (carpet is in hall, bedroom and lounge).
