Deep Clean required for Family Home

We have been in our home for nearly 4 years and have 1 year old twins. One of our twins has many surgeries coming up and we want our home clean and healthy for him to come home to recover in. We would like a deep clean of our ceilings and walls due to being covered in fly poop, pet hair, cobwebs and just years of built up grime. We are next to an orchard which has not helped the fly problem along with having lots of pets. Our home specs: 3 bedroom, 1 office, 1 bathroom, 1 extra toilet off laundry, dining and kitchen partially open plan, dining room.
