Excellent comms, good schedule, cost was fine. The mould that was on the exterior of the house was not removed after Pawan's efforts. This was not his fault. The mould was just really hard to remove. The window sill was partially water blasted in the process and we hope that the marking that occurred can be removed by Pawan at a later date.
