Tenant moving out cleaning

A residential cleaning job needs to be done on a 5-bedroom 2-bathroom house near Hillcrest (actual address is East Ridge Grove) between 31 Oct to 5 Nov 2022. The house is fully furnished, so in addition to a standard moving-out cleaning, you'll also need to clean two fridges and wipe off the dust from the furniture. Windows need to be included but carpet shampoo is NOT necessary. No garage in this house. Living in the house were the landlord plus three female flatmates so the overall condition of the house is good. If you are interested please provide a quote or an estimated price range for this job. I am a property manager from a small company based in Hamilton and looking for a long-term working partner who can provide efficient, economical and good quality rental cleaning services for my properties.
