Weekly 3 hour cleaning job

I am looking for an efficient, thorough, and reliable cleaner to do general house cleaning in our 3 bedroomed villa, ideally once a week for three hours. This will involve vacuum cleaning the whole house, washing kitchen and bathroom floors, dusting tables and bookshelves (we have a lot!), cleaning bathroom and kitchen, and windows when necessary. We are an older married couple, very tidy, but with two furry cats and a small dog.
