Clean Interior of house

I'd like a firm of commercial cleaner to come in and clean the house from floor to ceilings. The house is a 4 bedroom villa and housework has been neglected as due to ill health I haven't been able to keep up with it. Now I am eligible for help on a weekly basis but the house needs a good clean to give cleaner a fresh start.
