Country cleaning

I need an honest and reliable cleaner to come and do a weekly clean so that I can come home from work and open the door to a welcoming clean and tidy environment and not have to worry about trying to manage it myself. We have a modest compact 3 bdrm farm cottage home which seems to gather dust and cobwebs all too rapidly! There is an office and 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, small kitchen off open dining/living area. I need regular attention to floors, toilets, shower, bath, vacuuming, dusting and windows. We also have an elderly puss (18) who sheds a lot of his champagne fur! He is very unfazed by the vacuum cleaner and might follow you around a bit if he is not hard at work sleeping!! I can supply cleaning products and have vacuum cleaner, mop, dusters etc if you need. I would like to be able to be flexible (both ways) in terms of accommodating e.g. illness or something unexpected. References required.

Ongoing regular house clean. Two cleaners work together once a fortnight for 1.5 hours. So far satisfactory. I like that I can communicate with the manager and don't have to deal directly with the cleaners if I need to give feedback. So far there has been good response to feedback. I also like that they have insurance if anything gets broken or damaged and that if one of them is sick and can't make it, then it is their responsibility to make sure the job still gets done.
