Final clean required before new owners take over. Must be done on Sunday 17th April. 3brm, 1 office, toilet, bathroom and ensuite house. Areas requiring excellent clean - kitchen; all areas including range hood, oven and cupboards. Bathrooms and toilets. Windows and garage; surface clean and cobwebs etc. Our house is not filthy and was regularly cleaned. 1 person could do the job in 4 hours. House will be empty. (I'm too busy).
