Deep clean

Moved into a flat where it was not cleaned. Need to obtain estimate to provide to landlord. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Mold in bedroom and bathroom, dirty cupboard, skirting boards, drink spillage staining under couches, cat urine by front door (not stained, just on skirting boards), odour throughout house, dust and debris everywhere.
