Window and gutter clean

We would like the windows and gutters of our 1959 bungalow cleaned. We have a one-level home but because of the way it is built, some windows are at at two-level height. There are some birds nesting in the gutters (we think) so they will need to be removed carefully. We also have some bird repelling stickers that we would like applied to the outside of the lounge (two-level height) window, otherwise birds will fly into it once it's clean :) (Window circled in picture) We are flexible in regards to timeframes
