Floor Stripping

We have a large lino bathroom area (over three rooms) which we presume has been sealed, polished, waxed and who-knows-what-else many times over a period of many years. It now has a heavy build up which is proving difficult for us to remove. We will be replacing the floor (and lino) next year but need the polish and whatever other residue is on it now stripped off so the floor can actually look clean. This work is in a large bed and breakfast and we will need to close while this is done so would prefer for it to be done within the next few weeks before our season begins.
