Job description
Wanting to get a quote to remove cat urine smell from the carpet in a small sized room. We have tried store bought enzyme cleaner but think we need it on a larger scale.

We initially had the floors cleaned once, but our pesky cat smell still lingered in the carpet. VLM came back a second time with a different method and so far there is no smell at all! KD and his team were friendly and informative, as well as thorough. They showed up on time and were flexible when we needed to change the times around. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my tan stains off the floor in another room! Really appreciated their service and would recommend them to anyone.
