2 couches to be cleaned

We have two couches, one is a 2 seater and 1 is a 3 seater, both in good condition but one in particular has some marks on one of the cushions and have some marks where our hands go. So the suite needs a good thorough clean. We have tried 3 times and have secured people who say they will come but all have failed to turn up or made excuses why they cant come, two gave us a price. We just want someone to come and do the job when they say they are going to do it for a good fair price not try to rip us off. Both couches have been looked after so there is not alot of work involved.
