Cleaners - mess left inside after builders

We have had builders come into our charity and claimed they used drop sheets but there is thick concrete dust everywhere all through our products, on the floor, window sills, walls etc. We need all of these things to be cleaned so we can become operational again. The photos only show a small portion of the scale of it. We need the work to be done urgently and a,quote must be submitted first.
