I asked Chris to clean the windows to a reasonable standard, he left his van running in the communal drive way while he fiddled around. Absolutely the worst worksmanship I've every had from any contractor. I paid him $120 for doing extra windows in my unit. I paid him as I fear he would become agitated if I refused. I definitely would NOT remember this contractor. To the contrary, I recommend people avoid using his services .

"I quoted the lady? for upstairs windows inside and out in 2 units not 1 when i arrived she then asked for extra windows i charged an extra $20.00 to keep her happy the job should of been round $300 My van was parked at the back of the units while job was completed my van was only parked in the drive way when i was about to leave she was not happy with a couple of window she paid $120 for 2x 2 story units a complete waste of time customer from hell"
