Long-term, ongoing, weekly clean of three bedrooms weekly (and some ironing)

Hi :) We are hoping to find someone to work with on an ongoing basis to clean our home. It would be a Friday. It would usually take 4-4.5 hours to very thoroughly clean our home (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area, vacuuming stairs). We would like to allocate 5 hrs for a few extras each week (e.g., a bit of ironing, changing sheets every two weeks, occasionally some ordering/tidying). If it's a good match there's a possibility for more hours. Please note that these are very important to us: - attention to detail - consistency (quality of clean remains consistent each week) - warm personality (our kids are usually out but occasionally there will be a bit of overlap and they are curious and likely will say hello) Please also note that we usually try to keep the house tidy so that it should just be cleaning more than anything. We are really happy to talk through any questions. It would be long term and ongoing. Sometimes during holidays there will be opportunity for some more hours. We look forward to hearing from you :)
