Pre settlement Clean

We've recently sold our house and as part of this one of the conditions is to have the house cleaned with an allergy reduction focus due to their allergy to cats. This needs to include cleaning the house, the oven, the carpets and the curtains. The work needs to be undertaken on thursday 11th July. The property is three bedrooms and a study, all of which have carpets. There is a medium sized open plan kitchen living dining, with hard floors, two bathrooms with hard floors and a hall way.
