Have no reason to doubt the work and schedule, as tenant has not reported any issues. However, there were some communication issues. This meant that no quote was provided and work was carried out on the spot by employee, without my knowledge, so not the most ideal. Created a slightly confusing situation but all sorted out. They also fixed a plumbing issue at no cost, so overall the cost was reasonable for the work done. Good guys so long as they keep good communication.
