House Clean - South NB

Hi, we require the interior of our house to be cleaned. This is a one-off job. The house has recently been relevelled with workmen coming in and out and some floorboards removed and now replaced. The house is situated in South New Brighton built on sand so there is sand everywhere. The house needs a good vacuum and all flat surfaces wiped clean. House is around 130sqm. The bottom storey is very sandy but the top storey is reasonable clean. House has been empty for a while - there is no furniture. Ceilings and walls generally clean enough mainly just where dirt and sand has settled on flat surfaces and perhaps in some cupboards. Windows are okay. Photos don't show dirt but give you general idea of state of house.
