Weekly Cleaner/Housekeeper

Hi there, I am looking for a meticulous cleaner/housekeeper to help keep my living situation in order during a hectic work schedule over the next few months. I travel weekly for an intense job. Depending on cost, either weekly or fortnightly. ASAP until May. Address: 101 Jervois Road, Herne Bay, Auckland 1011 This is not a whole house clean. I live in a one-bedroom unit downstairs which is also my home office. Estimating square footage = 40 ft². 1 Bedroom 1 Kitchenette w sink, F&P dishwasher draw and small fridge. 1 Bathroom/ensuite (small) I am after someone who can thoroughly clean however also keep order/organisation, especially when it comes to laundry/wardrobe, pantry/fridge and replenishing, e.g. bedding/towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets etc. Bedroom/Office - All surface-level areas cleaned and dusted thoroughly. - Close attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, power points, cupboards. - Furniture & electronic devices dusted - Floors vacuumed and mopped - Window sills dusted - Skirting boards cleaned - Cobwebs and rubbish removed Bathroom Area - Change bathroom towels - Skirting wipe - Empty waste - Cobweb Removal - Clean mirrors and glass - Clean floor area (vacuum/mop) - Shine & clean bathroom fixtures like taps etc - Clean and sanitise shower and sink - Clean Toilet Bowl - Keep stock replenished (toilet paper etc.) Kitchenette - Skirting wipe - Empty rubbish - Empty/load dishwasher - Keep my pantry/fridge in order/clean. - Clean countertop - Clean floor area - Wipe kitchen cupboards (outside and inside) - Microwave inside and outside clean - Clean and polish appliances - Replenish - dishwashing tablets, paper towels, fresh tea-towels, general cleaning products Bed Linnen and Laundry Bed: Changing bed linen and washing the used linen. Clothing: - Wash, dry, fold and hang. Keeping my wardrobe in order. Preference/instructions… - Wash darks and lights separate to avoid discolouration. - Avoid shrinking clothing; please wash on a delicate setting for delicate clothes. - Drying delicate clothes avoid shrinking dry twice on low heat. - Wash with fabric softener. Monthly: - Window Glass Clean - Windows to be cleaned internally with window tools and left streak-free. Remove mildew from window frames/joinery.
