Job description
We require an experienced cleaner to service, change linen and prepare for the next guest arrival for a 3 bedroom penthouse apartment on Tamaki drive. Own transport required. This is a new AirBNB listing so the frequency of check outs and hours is unknown and will vary. You must be honest, experienced, reliable, have references, high personal standard and be prepared to clean the apartment at short notice, during weekends and public holidays. Most cleans would commence around 11am after guests have checked out. Each clean will likely take 2-4 hours depending on the number of guests and the standard it has been left in. We prefer the contractor to live in the area and for the same person to do the work most of the time.

Cannot fault Milvin. His text and voice communication was superb. He turned up on time and did a superb job. If we require a cleaner again in the future he would be first choice
