Move out clean & carpet vacuum/steam clean

Hello, I have a one bedroom place on the ground level (the property is the front part of a villa). The property is a villa but my place is quite new inside. It has a new kitchen and bathroom and new carpet and I maintain it quite well. I am moving out and require the place to be cleaned as part of the rental agreement, it's in good shape, but will need a final clean and the carpet in the bedroom (tiny room) to be steam cleaned. I would also like the kitchen to be cleaned, the oven is in good shape but will need to be wiped down as well as the bathroom, again, I maintain it all quite well but it will need a clean. If this can please be scheduled for Wednesday --- . Thank you. Kat
