Was very distressed when I checked my phone at lunch to discover a txt thay my dog could not be found on departure. The cleaning was average. The price was discounted slightly, the owner did flow up re çoncern for my dog. Eventually my dog was found by neighbours.

"I did my best under the circumstances the house looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for months there was dust all through the house and one of the rooms from a plastering job, clothes everywhere on the floor.
This was a carpet cleaning job a general cleaner should have been hired before i got there.
Unfortunate about the dog it bolted through a door and disappeared I did spend time driving around looking for it and texted the customer immediately.
Communication wrong- spent days to contact"
